		<description>I have been able to work with weights now that I am in high school, and I want to learn which vitamins and minerals to take.  I want to take only natural things and forget anything like steriods.  No way am I gonna mess myself up.  Anybody have any advice?</description>

This week my question is about abdominal training. Lately I have heard a lot of talk about doing less reps, with heavier resistance. As oppose to the old way of working abs when everybody just did as many crunches and leg lifts as they could. I have been following your ab techniques, and working them on a different plain of motion more often (side to side instead of up and down), but I would like to know what you think is the best way to train your abs as far as weight, reps, sets, and frequency?
And what method do you use?
