In case you’ve been living under a rock, The Law of Attraction” states that if we visualize what we want (like a child, in the theartre of our mind) & feel the sweet emotion of already having what we want then we will send out a vibration, aura, thought (call it what you will) that will attract the things and the people back to us that will help us obtain what we want. And it will be effortless.

We all, at one time or another, have wanted great abs. A muscular mid-section is the univerasal vision of sex appeal, virility, and energy. Most people think that they simply have to work-out hard, some realize that you must also, eat well, a few add to their program rest & recovery while almost nobody harness’s the power of their mind to get great abs fast.

When you add the power of the “Law of Attraction” & the positive thoughts of your mind & goal setting to your fitness program every day, then and only then will you “Reach Your True Potential” in fitness (as well as all the other areas of your life) & get great abs fast,

In order to accomplish your goals, you must learn how to manage your time. Or better yet learn how to manage yourself.

PAST; (5% of the time)

Make sure that you slow down and think about and “remember” our past friends, relatives, and even strangers that have gone on to the next life. Also remember those who have given up their life for our country.

One goal in life should to be as balanced as possible. I believe that we need to focus on the past 5% of the time (and this week-end is one time to do just that), focus on the future 20% of the time, and focus on the now 75% of the time.

PRESENT; (75% of the time)

YESTERDAY IS A MYSTERY, TOMORROW IS A MYSTERY, TODAY IS A GIFT THAT WHY WE CALL IT THE “PRESENT”

Do yourself a big favor and unwrap your today and live, laugh, love, and be in the now.

With all the technology (cell phones, texts, pagers, pda’s, assistants, instant messaging, e-mails, etc) and the “to do list”, it seems to be very difficult to be in the moment in any situation.

We seem to be on good behavior when we are at work or in the presence of strangers as far as being attentive and actually listening to what others are saying. We also tend to be nicer and more polite.

I am not for sure why but it probably has something to do with the fact that we feel we need to impress colleagues and co-workers because we fear they may go away, where as we do not feel as compelled to impress our family (with our attentiveness) cause we know that they will always be there.

I fell into this trap. But my wife hit me over the head with a frying pan (to wake me up). Now I put more time, energy and focus into the “now” with my family.

Unfortunately, it is a classic example of putting our time and energy into the things that do not matter at all, when we are at the end of our life. It’s not the things (house, money, cars, 401 k’s) that matter, it’s the relationships. Did we leave something behind that people benefited from, did we help others and give them something they will use and remember forever? Did we make it about them?

“When you were born you were crying and the world (around you) was rejoicing; Live your life in such a way that when you die you are rejoicing while the world is crying.”  MAKE IT ABOUT THEM.
The above quote seems incredibly noble but is it really a possibility? to live an incredible life of total fulfillment, to be very happy? My answer is “YES”! I am now doing it, but it wasn’t always so. A lot of the graduates of the http://fatlosslifestyle.com program are now doing it as well. The key is that once you take care of your body / health / energy, the ability to focus on all the other things that are related to improving the quality of your life is greatly, greatly increased.

We can’t accomplish these things if we don’t have health & real energy. We can’t live a dream life if we don’t focus on the “NOW”. Do yourself a favor, and slow down and really listen to the people you are with. Especially when it is friends and family and a good place to start is today.

To get better at focusing on “The Now”;

• Stop multi-tasking (do one thing at a time)
• Check e-mails twice per day (once at noon and once at 4:00 p.m.)
• Turn cell phone off (no text’s, or e-mail messages)
• Eliminate emotional baggage
• Let go of distractions
• Become more aware
• Slow down, take a walk, and talk (but more importantly listen) with God, yourself, family
• Start each day with 30 minutes of exercise and then 5 minutes of solitude or quite time
• Go to bed early (teevo your t.v. shows or better yet stop watching it)
• Wake up early and get a routine of drinking water, exercise, meditation, & a healthy meal

FUTURE; (20% of the time) LAW OF ATTRATCTION

We need to focus on the future. Let me rephrase myself, we need to visualize optimistically on what we want in the future. Better yet, feel the emotion of already accomplishing what you want in the future. Do this every, and just “feel good”. Then you will send out an aura, a vibration, an energy that will bring back to you what you need to make it actually happen. Do this and let the universe make it happen.

Is it really possible to do these things? If you would have asked me 5 years ago I would say no way in hell. If you would have asked me 1 year ago I might have said maybe. Today I tell you HELL YES! Please stay open- minded.

I have had the luxury of training many very successful business men and women that have helped me mold my mind to what it presently is.

A recent revelation that I have had is that we can absolutely have anything that we want in life in business, relationships, and body / health / energy with out working hard. We can have anything that we want by thinking about it first & harnessing the powers of the universe by focusing on the “Law of Attraction”. We simply need to think about it first. Thoughts Become Things, so choose the good ones.

Trust me, I know that it is hard to believe. But it is true. It is working in my life now only because I saw it working in my clients lives right before my eyes.

I have seen some of my clients have endless money flowing in, spend many hours traveling the globe, going where they want, when they want and doing what they want.

There is one client in particular that taught me a specific strategy on making my dreams come true.  It only takes 30 minutes a day and I noticed huge differences in my life within 6 months.

This strategy is so profound that I dedicated a whole chapter in my book http://fatlosslifestyle.com to it. In chapter two (goal setting made simple). Clients that have purchased my system in 7 different countries are giving me feed-back that the content in chapter two has helped them change not only their body, but has helped them change their lifestyle, and life.

What I want you to do is to get up every morning and elevate your heart rate for 30 minutes with some sort of exercise. I prefer powerwalking outside. It works the buns and muscles on the back side of your legs with no shock to the joints like running or jogging. And if you do the technique correctly you can get your heart rate up higher that running. It is a great way to stay pain free.

Then after your 30 minute execise session,  I want you to say out loud what you want in the area of your body, in the area of your relationships, and in the area of your money / businsess / finances.  See success in your mind and feel the emotion of it at a deep level.

Do this for where you want to be in 1 year, in 10 years,  and in 30 years.  If you want to live to be 100, if you want to live a great life of fulfilment and leave a legacy behind that will echo in the ears of the universe forever, then you must see it first.  I have clients that are planning on doing it,  I plan on doing it, and I know that you can too.

I realize such noble aspirations are maybe out of reach for some of you presently.  But start working on that imagination muscle now, and you will build it up to strong in no time.
