You wouldn’t write to an audience of 14yr olds the same way you would write to an audience of 60yr olds.</description>

A 30 minute walk a day is fantastic.  It definitely has lots of benefits.  But if you want to gain muscle and lose fat you will have to up the intensity for 1-2 minutes at a time on the cardio.
