This exercise is the “Ab Vacuum” is the only ab exercise that has been proven to make your waist smaller.
Plus, it will build a stronger foundation by putting you in tune with your Transverse Abdominas (TVA). It will also help you build your lower pelvic muscles, thus possibly able to enjoy a more sensational orgasm (believe it or not).
Do not give up on learning this one. The advance stage will be to do it standing up.
I promise that if you perform this exercise correctly and implement it you will improve your abs and have a more pain free back.

Hey Darin,
You mentioned that the abs vacuum excercise was good for guys wanting a more pronounced V-shape. What about for women? Will this make our waists smaller too, and in a good way or will it make us have the masculine V-shape?
