Hello,

You are so close. One more week before your final
retest. I am so proud of you for sticking to your
program. But most importantly you should be proud of
yourself. That’s what is most important.

You see, most of us do not have the focus power to
finish a project all the way through. That’s why
this is huge for you. You now have done something
that up until now has been next to impossible. You
started and finished a 12 week work-out routine. And
now that you feel incredible, you have some habits
established to continue with.

You see, it is much easier to maintain your new found
fitness level. Getting in great shape is the difficult
part. Now all you need to do is to pick one or two
events per year to get ready for and duplicate your 12
week challenge. It might be a wedding or a vacation or
a photo shoot or a contest. It is always easier to get
in great shape when you have something to shoot for.

It doesn’t matter what others think of you, but what
you think does. I know at this point of your program
you are thinking totally different than you did when
you started. You may not notice it, but I guarentee
you that others do.

YOU & I CAN LIVE A DREAM LIFE. WE CAN REACH OUR
TRUE POTENTIAL THROUGH LIVING A HEALTHY FAT LOSS
LIFESTYLE.

I know that you can do it. I hope that you
realize that you can do it. I know that what
ever you believe with a sense of certainty, deep
down in your core, will be true for you. You
have the potential within you. Whether you
realize it or not, every last one of you has a
deep yearning to contribute.

Unfortunately, with the fast paced ness off
today’s information age with all the technology,
and the keep up with the Jones mentality, the
average person is too stressed, and has a limited
amount of time and energy to focus on their own
health, fitness, and vitality. With I-phones,
pda’s, text’s, fax’s, e-mails, conference calls,
same day shipping, etc. we seem to have the world
at our finger tips. But why then do we seem to
be so disconnected? I believe that we all (to
some extent) have ADHD (attention deficit
hyperactive disorder).

Most of us have lost ourselves, we feel like
that clown in the circus that is running around
trying to keep the plates spinning so they won’t
fall and break. We have a look of panic on our
face. The days slip into weeks, the weeks slip
into months, and the months slip away into years.

In the blink of an eye we are at the end of our
lives with nothing more than a heart full of
regret over all of the would’ves and could’ves,
and should’ves.

I can feel your pain; I got caught up in
the trap too. Starting out the majority of my
clients are there as well.

Through the process of training myself and over 500
people just like you; I have come up with some tips
on clearing your head. I highly suggest that you
print them off and refer to them often;

Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you
walk, smile. It is the ultimate antidepressant.

Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
Buy a lock if you have too. As thoughts come in
to your mind get rid of them (minimize them like
on a computer screen) and focus on the sounds of
your breathing.

Buy a Tivo (DVR), tape your late night shows and
get more sleep. Early to bed, early to rise
makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.

When you wake up in the morning stand up tall,
take a long deep breath in and hold for 10
seconds, then slowly exhale; smile and say, “I am
so grateful for all that I have. Everyday is
another opportunity”!

Do not gossip or hold on to any negative thoughts
or words. If you think or say something
negative, catch yourself, and say, “ooop’s what I
meant to say was,” and put a positive spin on it.

21 days of this exercise will train you to be
more positive. Try it, I dare you. Make a game
out of it and have fun. It works for a lot of my
clients.

Watch more movies, play more games and read more
books than you did last year.

Always pray and schedule exercise (two cardio and
two resistance sessions per week)

Spend more time with people over the age of 70
and under the age of six.

Dream more while you are awake.

Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and
eat fewer foods that are manufactured in plants.

Drink green tea and plenty of water. Eat
blueberries, wild Alaskan salmon, broccoli,
almonds & walnuts.

Try to make at least three people smile each day.

Clear your clutter from your house, your car,
your desk, your computer files, and your closet.
Doing so will let new energy,thoughts, and things
flow into your life.

Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip,
energy vampires, issues of the past, negative
thoughts or things you cannot control. Do not
watch or listen to the news. Instead, invest
energy in the positive, precious now.

Realize that life is a school and you are here to
learn. Problems are simply part of the
curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra
class …….but the lessons you learn will last
a lifetime. I believe that everything happens
for a reason.

Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince
and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out
charge card. Eat protein and carbs together in
each meal. Eat small meals often throughout the
day. Eat at least five small meals.

Smile and laugh more. It will keep the energy
vampires away.

Life isn’t fair, but it’s still good.

Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else
does.

You don’t have to win every argument. Agree to
disagree.

Make peace with your past so it won’t screw up
the present.

Don’t compare your life to others’. You have no
idea what their life is like. Everyone is right
in their own mind.

Ladies – Go on and burn those ‘special’ scented
candles, use the 600 thread count sheets, the
good china and wear your fancy lingerie now.
Stop waiting for a special occasion. Everyday is
special. We are not guaranteed that we will have
a tomorrow.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, all
we have is today, that is why we call it “the
present”.

No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
The only thing in life that we are in control of
is our attitude. Every day you have a choice.
What are you going to choose?

Frame every so-called disaster with these words:
‘In five years, will this really matter?’

Forgive everyone for everything.

What other people think of you is none of your
business. What you think of yourself means
everything. Your confidence, self image, and
your health are directly proportionate to your
ability to achieve.

Time heals almost everything. Give time, time!

However good or bad a situation is, it will
change.

Your job won’t take care of you when you are
sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch with them.

Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful
or joyful.

Envy is a waste of time. You already have all
you need. God provides everything that wildlife
needs. He will do the same for you.

We can not do it all by ourselves. Focus on
helping others in a genuine way. Learn to live
to give and the universe will open up its flood
gates back to you.
