At Home or Office No Equipment Needed Exercise

I love working out at home. It doesn’t take a lot of time away from the family.

It is convenient, and contrary to what many people think,
you can gain muscle and lose fat with some very effective exercises performed at home.

The exercise above is the “Stair Plyometric Jumps”. It is an unbelievable full body exercise
that really jacks your heart rate up. The nice thing is you can perform these when you travel
in the hotel stair well.

Some of the more effective exercise’s that I perform are at home or in a hotel room with no equipment.

I use this “Stair Plyometric Jump” as a leg routine and an interval cardio routine on week ends (when I
do not go into my club or when I travel.

As the video says; do 3-4 sets of this exercise first thing in the morning and limit your starchy carbs for the day and you will get a nice fat burning effect.

    Hi Darin,

    The place where i am living now is only a floor, so there is no stairs. is there any other way to do this?

    Hi Darin,
    I don’t have stairs at home either. I usually use intense and fast shadow boxing, first thing in the morning. It’s great! and I know you also recommend this. Still, I would like to try this, look more intense in terms of power, maybe I can get even better results. What do you think?. Is this exercise different to the “horizontal jumps” you gave us as “exercise of the month” some time ago in terms of results and intensity? Because that was some awesome workout!”

    Please post more videos that require little to no equipment.

    Hi Joni,

    Yes. You can do this one on a flat surface in your basement or in your driveway. It is still productuve but not quite as good as stairs. If you stop and think I will bet that you have the ability to find some stairs abound you. Maybe at work, or at a park, or at a local store. Just look around as you go through out your day and you will find the stairs that you need to do this exercises. Will do Jake, more exercises to come.
