    Wow Darin,

    Hi Darin,

Loved the traveling man’s work out. It’s nice that you provide 3 different levels of same body part. You make it all look so easy. Thank you and keep on keeping us informed!

Great stuff Darin! Don’t travel much, but when I do I must try out your routine. Fairly advanced with the wall handstand pushups, but having never tried them, I will venture forth and try not to bust my retired Jar Head.

I wish I’d had this video two years ago when I went on vacation from Norway to France driving all the way. Only one hotel actually had a gym (sparcely equipped) although they all thad at least one bar!

    Thanks Darin!
Great piece of workout info! I’m really grateful for all your fine advice as I’m sure all your mail list suscribers. This is the kind of info that will make your list and your business grow on good referrals.
    Keep it up!

Damn, bro! That is a HUGE hotel room. Great video though for frequent travelers, especially when the hotel “gym” is a broken treadmill and a 10lb freakin’ dumbbell. Good job. You’re jakked by the way. LOL

Great video and, a great public service output.
Darin, keep it up and develop more such useful videos on equipment-free, home-based, or hotel room-based exercises.

    Hi Darin!

Great job with this video! Traveling is always hectic and I am always looking for a new routine to try when on the road. Love the hand stand against the wall and also incorporating some yoga/flexibility exercises with the Upward Bow pose! If you want results, there is no messing around! Keep up the great work and God Bless!

    ROFL!
Great work out with no equipment except the furniture. I can only imagine the looks on the maids faces when they see footprints on the walls, chairs broken, etc.
But it shows that one can truly get a very good workout with only your body weight.
    Thanks, Darin!

Great Workout Darin. I will utilize this workout when I not at home or on the road. Thanks for the great video!

  • 18 Kathleen // Jan 8, 2010 at 11:17 am

Thanks for the video! It’s always very challenging finding ways to workout when I’m traveling and this is awesome! I’ve already started using it and it definitely kicks your butt but is a great way to continue training while I’m gone. Thank you!

  • 19 Ryan Mitton // Jan 9, 2010 at 5:11 pm

Thanks for the vid Darin! I lost over 92lbs and 8 inches off my waist from only doing bodyweight exercises. It’s nice to see some new variations. _ To anybody watching Darins vids, they are the most informative and helpfull vids I have come across yet in my bodytransformation quest. Darin nails it when he says ” The body cannot go where the mind has not yet been” . If you can imagine it than you can make it happen!!

Keep the vids coming, we appreciate it,
    Ryan Mitton

    Holy Cow Ryan,

That is incredible. Can you send me some before and after pic’s? How old are you?

  • 21 Connor // Jan 11, 2010 at 5:04 pm

    Magic!!

  • 22 Mark // Jan 13, 2010 at 4:11 pm

These are awesome Darin. I always incorporate body weight exercises into my weight training routines. They seem to add more functionality and leaning out of the muscles to the workout. Your program is the most comprehensive and effective that I’ve seen yet. Thanks for your hard work and dedication.

Wow this is perfect to get my life partner working out again! She is so busy, but is highly motivated. This will be a real time saver and something she can do several times per week. Thanks!

    as good as it gets

  • 25 Alam // Jun 16, 2010 at 10:05 am

Its a great rutine! I’ve did yesterday and I have great muscle sore. Just one questions, how many reps and series do you recomend for each excercise?

  • 26 darin // Jun 19, 2010 at 12:03 pm

    Hi Alam,
For beginners 1-2 sets, intermediate 2-3 sets, and advanced maybe 3-4. Do not be so concerned with the reps but more the focus and the mind muscle connection on the target muscle group. Going to absolute failure with perfect form is the most important thing.

Hi Dareen great video. just thought i ask your opinion on cheat days. my instructor has suggested i train and eat right 6 days a week and 1 day of the week eat anything il like to raise my metabolism and burn fat. just wondered if this is a good idea or not
    Thanks Dareen
    Regards
    KIRK SIMPSON

  • 28 darin // Jun 27, 2010 at 6:01 pm

    Hi Kirk,

I think for most of us a full day of eating anything we want can ruin 6 days of eating strict. I do agree with your trainer that you should raise the calories up occasionally so the body does not go into a starvation mode. Instead of eating a full day of anything; I prefer to shuttle in the extra calories in the two meals after intense work outs through out the week. But his concept is good, just do not go off the deep end and think that it is a free for all for the whole day.
