I think for most of us a full day of eating anything we want can ruin 6 days of eating strict.   I do agree with your trainer that you should raise the calories up  occasionally so the body does not go into a starvation mode.  Instead of eating a full day of anything;  I prefer to shuttle in the extra calories in the two meals after intense work outs through out the week.  But his concept is good, just do not go off the deep end and think that it is a free for all for the whole day.

It&#039;s nice to see some new variations.  _ To anybody watching Darins vids, they are the most informative and helpfull vids I have come across yet in my bodytransformation quest. Darin nails it when he says &quot; The body cannot go where the mind has not yet been&quot; .  If you can imagine it than you can make it happen!!
