    I use Dr. Mercola’s vanilla whey protein and unsweetened almond milk (1 c. 40 cal, 0 sugar), about 4 frozen red grapes and slice up about half a frozen banana. Some rum extrct & nutmeg makes this taste like egg nog – thick, cold, creamy. Use a small Magic Bullet type blender and drink right out of the container. Yum!

    HI Darin,

    I recenty tried Kaizen decadent chocolate flavour protein powder and loooooove it! I also sav a tonof money too. I was using Allmax Isoflex whey protein isolate, but have changed to Kaizen now :) Thanks for sharing!

    i have been doing power 90x for 5 mths.
    your right,food intake matters.i have not been eatting right at all.matter of fact it sucks.i have not listen to u at all. im paying 4 it.please again give me your meal plan again book i have 2 buy it.im so madd at myself.anybody who reads this.sounds like a made up story its not.p.s i work out 2hours a day 6 days a week.

    I am 5’0 ft tall and I weight 150. My goal is 115 lb but i just do not know how much calories do i need per day and how much exercise i have to do.
