Hooraaaay! You made it. You have accomplished
something that one percent of the population in
the entire world have done. You followed all the
way through a 12 Week Body Transformation Program.
Now it’s time to redo your body composition test
and take pictures. If your results compare ot

recognize the before and after pictures as the
same person.

That is a really cool point to understand. YOU ARE THE BATTER

If you learn from your failures, and try with a different
approach, you will someday win. As we talked about before,
pick some event that will motivate you to get ready for a
couple times per year & do a 12 Week Transformation Program.
Only change one variable in each of the major area’s of
your program; nutriton, resistance training, cardio training,
& supplementation. That way over time you can deduce what
works for you and what does not.
With each 12 week challenge, you will build up
your confidence and self image. Stick with it
and in before you know it you will look back and not
believe the person that you have evolved into.
I believe that the keys for health, happiness,
contentment, and the ability to live a truly
fulfilling life are simple. Please print the list
below off and refer to it often. I believe these
are the keys to adding not only life to your
years, but years to your life.
>De-stress with out meds; Focus on
quiet / solitude time. Meditate to clear
your head and naturally lower blood pressure.
>Be spiritual; get in tune with yourself. To
believe in God is to take the ultimate stress
off. There is more after our dust returns to
mother earths dust.
>Have positive mindset; expect adversity and
use it to grow and become more. Always
keep your eye on the prize. Thoughts become
things so choose the good ones. You will get
what you focus on, so expect to live a long
fruitful life.
>Nutrition; keep insulin and blood levels low
by limiting carbs like sugars and grains. Combine
quality protein with fibrous veggies, green-beans,
salads at every meal; every 3-4 hours. Two or three
days per week, exercise intensley & sprinkle in
some quality starchy carbs (brown / wild rice -
sweet potato, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta – etc)
in with your regular meals. Preferably sprinkle in
the starchy carbs in the middle of the day. Not the
first or the last meal of the day
Keep meals small and listen to your hunger levels.
Keep amount of protein constant in each meal, if your
hunger levels are increasing (that is a good thing
because your metabolism is revving up) then increase
the amounts of starchy carbs on work-out days.
>Hygiene; floss teeth
>Laughter; be light hearted, see things
through the eyes of a child
>Gratitude; By focusing on what you do have
in a genuine way you will be sending the
message out to the universe that you are
ready to receive more. Get out of the trap of
focusing on what you don’t have or else you
will limit your opportunities for improving
your life
>While staying as balanced as possible
between family, business, and fitness try
to keep your body fat % as low as possible
in between 12 week challenges.
>Figure out what your calling is. Everyone
has special talents that are waiting to be
developed that will add quality to other
peoples lives. Become a better person so
you can become a better giver. “Live to
Give”.

Thanks so much for the response to my questions in
your support forum. I received the FATLOSS

inspiring I could not stop reading it. The very
