I have learned a lot in searching for and creating the most time efficient fitness system possible.
For the last 30 years, I have had an intense “Burning Desire” to be the best that I could be in all the
areas of my life through peaking my health / fitness / and energy.
For 8 years I have been the busiest personal trainer in the world; attempting to find out what helps others do
the same. I have learned a lot through those two experiences. I know that most people have too much
information and suffer from “paralassis by analasis”.
Bottom Line for today is that if you want something; Like Your Best Body and energy and ability to age
gracefully; then you must goal set. Write down what you want on a card, get up every morning and say it
outloud like you already have it. You must see it like you already have it, and feel the emotion of sweet joy
and succes. Go into the theatre of your mind and get a mental picture of already having your body, energy,
and dream life. And at the same time, feel the emotion. Below is a list of 62 Habits of Highly Successful
People. I highly suggest that you print them off and read them outloud every morning. While at the same
time seeing yourself as having all of them. Do this for 21 days (how long it takes to engrain a habit) and
we will be off to the races.

a would greatly appreciate a sample nutrition guide. a guide that will mix it up a little for the five meals a day im supposed to have which includes protein and good veggie carbs. thanks man
