Hi.. I’m so sad of this pics.. In my life this is real because I still live with my parents. I love bodybuilding and I think my muscles are pretty good now, not that much, but I’m happy.. But my belly is not so heppy if I have to eat the thing my mom cooks. When I want to start my dietary food, eat 6 times a day, she said shut the fuck up and eat what i serve you. Can give me a help hand and response me how to eat healthy and loose fat on my belly if I have to eat moms food instead..
Btw: I’m 19 years old but I want to move away as soon as I can.. But some advice will help..
Yes, take what ever you can get from you mom and ration throughout the day as best you can. Go buy yourself a jug of whey protein and drink the shakes in between the real food meals.
