This exercise is the “Straight Bar Biceps Curl” using a narrow grip. It is awesome at hitting the biceps. I promise that if you perform this exercise correctly, your arms will grow, become more firm, and more shapely. If you like or don’t like these exercise video’s please comment below and let me know.

hi darren,
i love your exercises of the week and it’s a great way to put some variation in my training and shock the muscle groups
i was wondering how many sets i should do of this exercise
is 4x 6-8 good or should i do it untill max rep?
