Hi Darin…You really showed me the way back in 2004-6 when I decided to take my mental and physical health more seriously. Your insight, support, and motivation were next to none! I’ve continued to workout since, but it is sometimes tough to balance a career and workouts… I’m training six days a week right now and have been following a technique called Tabata Protocol – I’m sure you are familiar. But, as always, a little help is always beneficial.
If you should have any openings on Saturday mornings at 6 AM or 7 AM for 1-on-1 training for six weeks, let me know. I’d be interested in taking it up a level.
I saw your Interval Training video using a treadmill and was “wowed”. This is what I’ve been looking for! And after listening to your explanation …it all makes sense. Could you please email me one of your “CHEAT SHEETS” so I can get started on this program asap?

been on your fat loss diet for 12 weeks, just before I head to Europe to visit family and friends. Leaving Monday May17th. I have lost 5 kg and above all I have lost 6.5 cm from my waist. And I have not been so faithful with my diet. But very full on with my exercises (3 times a week=3 hours). I feel great. I also have not taken any photos because I was a little skeptical. In retrospect I should have.
Well, here I am being proud to go to the beach and not having to tuck my tummy in to pretend.
I feel just great.
I intend to go on with my exercises even in Europe…I will find the time early in the morning that is just great.
Well, thank you so much and I intend when I get to followup may be a little more serious this time. That has made an enormous difference to my self estime and my outlook.
