I am going to really make these exercises incredibly effective.

This is the “Dip” exercise. It is awesome at hitting the chest more thouroghly than most other chest exercises. If you incorporate this exercise you will see a difference in size and shape of your pecs in as little as 2 weeks.

Watch this video and give your chest muscles an incredibly unique focus. You can not simulate your chest with traditional dumbbells or barbell exercises. If you want your muscles to grow, you have to learn how to hit them with movements you have never done before.
