NUTRITION SECRETS;HOW TO EAT TO GAIN MUSCLE AND LOSE FAT

I started passionately studying what lean people were doing in 1987; because my waistline was 40 inches. I have learned a lot since then. I am now in the best shape
of my life at the age of 43. My waistline is now 31 inches around.

Nutrition is 60-70% of your fat loss / muscle gain program. Follow me & I will teach
you exactly how to eat for your body type, activity level, starting point, & your goals.

You can work-out till your blue in the face but if you do not incorporate interval cardio, (done first thing in the morning in a fasted state), intense functional multi-joint, compound exercises, small healthy meals often with protein and carbs combined together, positive mindset, goal setting & social support (you will turn into who you hang around) you will not change your body much.

But if you do focus on the 3 pillars of health, you will radically change your waistline, your lifestyle, and your life.

The 3 Pillars of Health are;
I. The Thoughts that you think
II. The Foods that you eat
III. The Exercise that you get

YOUR ATTITUDE WILL DETERMINE YOUR ALTITUDE (how high you go in life)
YOUR WAISTLINE DETERMINES YOU ATTITUDE

BODYBUILDING NUTRITION

To gain muscle and lose fat you must;

• Take in slightly less calories than you are burning

• Consume higher quality calories. Eat more natural unprocessed foods that don’t come wrapped in a box. If it rots, it’s good for you: Lean (protein with low amount of fat, aka chicken & turkey breasts, lean beef, eggs), Green (vegetable, green beans, salads, apples), & Marine (fish).

• Small meals often. You must eventually work up to 5-6 small meals per day; about every 3- 4 hours

• Macronutrient Profile- Every meal you eat should contain protein and carbs combined together. How much? A starting point would be;

1. Most women and under 130 lb. men 15-20 grams of protein in each meal
2. 130 lb. to 165 lb. men 20-30 grams of protein in each meal
3. 170 lb. and up 30-45 grams of protein in each meal

One of the biggest nutrition Secrets in the Bodybuilding world is a technique called carb cycling. In a nut shell you have two different types of carbs.

Starchy carbs; Sources are brown & wild rice, oatmeal, whole grain pasta, sweet potatoes / yams

Non-starchy carbs; Sources are veggies, grean beans, salads, apples, grape-fruit

Cycle your calories by eating only non starchy carbs with your protein on Interval Cardio days and throw in your starchy carbs only on days you train intensely with weights. This is absolutely t he secret for you to keep your metabolism revved up while you gain muscle and lose fat.

Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A couple of rubber bands & some good exercises is all it takes to get started with your home workouts. You do not need any equipment. In fact most of the clubs are wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars on equipment that is making peoples bodies less functional and worse off.

My fathers generation did not have this information readily available to them, so it is understandable that they did not have the tools to put together and effective healthy lifestyle program.

But today, there is too much information about fat loss and healthy lifestyle living. I believe that
most of us suffer from paralasis by analysis. So we do nothing. That is unfortunate. What I suggest doing is to find one source of information that resignates with you, and shut out all information while you follow all the way through with that mindset. That is all I have done for 27 years.

Then what you can start to formulate your own system that works especially for you. You are the only one that is going to figure out what works for you.

I highly advice you to pick one mentor, at a time, limit your information, train hard & smart, and follow all the way through.
