that is def a challenge.  But you can do a few simple things.  I would buy some oatmeal and whey protein in bulk.   Cost effective and does not go bad.  Buy some organic apples.  And some bottled water.  now you are good to go.  On days you lift weights,  eat the oatmeal and whey protein.  On days you don&#039;t lift or do cardio,  eat the whey protein and apple.  Remember to eat every 3 hours in small amounts.
