Review of FATLOSS LIFESTYLE: The Program that Promises Maximum Fat Loss in Minimum Workout Time
The “FATLOSS LIFESTYLE” 12 Week Body Transformation Program is a wonderful read. It is full of incredibly useful fat loss information. I could not put it down once I started reading. It got me very excited that I could get in the best shape of my adult life in a short amount of time. And I did. I believe that it will do the same for you.
FATLOSS LIFESTYLE promises fast fat loss results for men and women who don’t have a lot of time for exercise. This is a bold promise, and the workouts promise maximum results in only three workouts per week.
Let’s take a look at this claim, and see if it really measures up!
Before we get to the program, let’s take a look at the expert behind the workouts. I’ve come across Darin Steen’s name many times in popular world wide fitness magazines such as Natural Bodybuilding and Physique, Exercise for Men Only, Exercise for Women Only magazines as well as dozens of professional articles published on-line. So the program is clearly put together by a trusted fitness expert.
I’ve also talked to Darin about his training and education background, and I’ll be honest, it was impressive, unlike the trainers with weekend certifications that pop up at large commercial gyms. Darin’s experience goes back to the mid-eighties, in both the gym and in the University studies around the country.
Plus, besides being a professional drug-free for life athlete he is arguably the most experienced fitness / fat loss trainer in the world with having sold and serviced over 16,000 sessions one work-out at a time. This is a thorough background with a ton of experience, so it’s not surprising he’s come up with a new training system for fat loss.
Fortunately, Darin’s unique system of bodyweight exercises, dumbbell exercises, and interval training can all be done with minimal equipment in the convenience of your own home. Heck, he perfected this system working out in his basement (on his lunch hour) so he would not have to go to the gym and leave his wife and two daughters after he was done with his blue collar job (he was a truck driver for 18 years) in the evenings. That is another thing that is impressive to me, that is his dedication to his family and being balance in all the areas of his life. That is the kind of healthy lifestyle coach I want, how about you?
Frankly, I’ve used the program myself and recommended to many others. Why? Because no one has time for long workouts! That’s why. After an eight or ten hour workday, a round-trip commute of 90 minutes, and spending time with my family, I just don’t have time to do another 90 minute workout every day of the week.
In fact, I either get up early and do the workout before work, or I do it just before bed. This workout is perfect for busy men and women. But its not the type of routine that is going to turn anyone into a pro bodybuilder. If you want maximum muscle and want to bulk up, try another one of Darin’s programs. His “FATLOSS LIFESTYLE” is best for burning fat without sacrificing muscle – so you end up lean, defined, chiseled and toned.
It was a joy to see Darin Steen use his own life experiences to tell his story. The message throughout the book is loud and clear, we can live a higher quality life through making healthier lifestyle choices. Darin does a great job of taking away information to help the reader have a simple game plan. He does not use big words, in fact the book is as easy of a read as you will ever find. His book is very much like Bill Phillips “Body For Life” geared more toward the holistic, organic approach. It’s easy to see that Darin is not a supplement salesman. He is a healthy lifestyle salesman. Darin’s program is more detailed than “Body For Life”.
The “Top 5 Reasons” why I think that this is a must read are
* The author walks the walk and does an incredible job of leading by example. He looks like a healthy “Greek God” at the age of 42, while maintaining balance in all the major area’s of his life. Not to mention he is a “drug free for life” professional competitive body-builder.
* As arguably one of the most experience fitness trainers in the world with over 16,000 paid sessions with clients, he has an incredible database to figure out how to motivate, inspire, and inform all types of people. In fact, it is almost impossible to get into his schedule in his private facility in Chicago and he has stopped taking on-line clients so he can start writing his second book.
* It’s hard to put the book down. With the real world testimonials, Darin has an uncanny ability to get the reader to believe in themselves. I felt he did a great job of challenging me in a loving way. Getting me to look in the mirror and answer some hard questions.
* The book does a great job of not only getting the reader excited that they can get in the best shape of their adult life, but gives a specific game plan that is personalized for each individual. The book erases all the questions about fat loss, which leads to action.
* Darin gives the reader a specific game plan for all the areas

3. Nutrition
4. Mindset
5. Social Support
6. Goal Setting (there is a personal contract with precise personal goals and a section where you input retest date and emotional elements (these are powerful because it is the why (emotional) to your what (goals).
Heck on page 256-292 Darin’s “Exercise Library” took every question away I ever had on how to perform exercises correctly. There are four pictures for each of the 34 different exercises with many tips to make each exercise as safe and effective as possible. I have been lifting for years, and many of the pointers Darin gave me made my work-outs better on the first day. I was amazed at his insight. I could not believe how different and how sore (in a good way) my muscles were after implementing the tips in the “Exercise Library”. For me, this alone was worth the purchase price of this program.
After I read page 105 – 169 I totally understood how to eat for fat loss. For the first time in my life, eating correctly for my body type made perfect sense to me.
I could go on and on about how Darin did a great job and making everything simple and easy to understand.
A big part of the effectiveness of this system is that you can literally purchase, read this 298 page book and get started in the same day.
* The book is so much more than a book. It is a program that will not let readers fail. Besides the book, the readers have 24/7 access to Darin through an on-line Support Forum which is headed up by his head fitness trainer and Olympic Trial Competitor Cordell Lewis. Owners of the book can not only get their questions answered, they can visit with past FATLOSS LIFESTYLE graduates whose testimonials are highlighted in the book. It is a social support team if you will. In addition, Darin sends owners of the book weekly “Reach Your True Potential” newsletters. It is easy to see Darin’s passion at helping anyone and everyone who is ready to improve their lives.
I predict that this book will be a #1 best-seller in the very near future. Please take this opportunity to learn what works and what does not work for fat loss.
