You see, in high school and college, I worked very hard to succeed... and because of that, I was usually one of the best players on the football field.

I was 250 pounds at 5'9"... had a 40-inch waist... and was around 26% body fat.

I didn't like having a flabby stomach and didn't feel very confident in my appearance because of the weight I gained.

Over time, I really came to hate how I looked. I began to wear clothes that would hide my body. Things like baggy t shirts and huge track suit bottoms.

I wanted a lean, attractive mid-section again.

The problem was... I had no idea how to get the fat off.
