Hi Alex,

Spend your money on real food, not on supplements. Learn how to train with weights, do interval cardio, goal set and visualize, and rest and recover. If I spent any money on supplements it would be on whey protein and a good multivitamin.

I've been watching your videos on the internet and relised that I NEED to get back on track with lifting. My profile to date is that I'm 19 (20 in Sept) who is 5"11, currently around the 85kg mark and has been lifting for 3 years. I have been on a number of supplementations ranging from; Weider, Maximuscle, Body Fortress and Creatine in order to gain mass, but would like to try another supplement. Don't get me wrong they are good products, but I would like to take it a bit more serious and mix Dymatize Xpand (what I am currently on, which I know is Nitric Oxide Reactor) along with another supplent. I've looked into Met-rx Size up and Met-rx Supreme Whey... What products would you recommend or suggest for a lifter like me to go along with Dymatize? Or would you recommend taking complete differe products? (I'm not too bothered about prices).

Hi akashdeep,

My fatloss lifestyle program will help you gain 4-10 lbs. of muscle in a 12 week time frame. If you do not have much fat to lose, then it will be a weight gain program for you. We have had several ecto-morphs gain weight on our program.
