Is there a God?
What happens when we die?
Can our loved one’s spirits hang around and give us signs?
How do we get over trauma like rape and other extreme physical and emotional traumas imposed on us since infancy?
How do we get over the anger toward an ex after a traumatic divorce with children involved?
These questions and many more are explored in this incredible podcast interview.
I can so relate on a personal level, having gone through a wicked divorce, losing my kids, house and cars, businesses, and sanity. I’m sure all of you can relate to wrestling with at least one of these questions.
Duke Sayer is affectionately referred to by many people as The Healer. He (like myself) was working out to become more fit and pain free. He was dealing with some severe back and shoulder issues. Not having much luck using traditional therapy, he stumbled upon an odd lady that opened his mind up to the power of letting go of past emotional trauma.
After this amazing interview I realized that Duke and me are kindred spirits, empowering anyone and everyone to become the healthiest version of themselves through slowing them down and harnessing the power of their mind.
Many of us don’t know what is stopping us from being where and what we want to be in life. Duke has a knack for finding the blockage in a client’s mind, clearing it, and thus opening them up to healing–physical, emotional, financial, and spiritual.
What we need to realize is that we are a body, mind, and spirit. In order to be the best person we can be here on this trip around the planet, we need to mend the brokenness in all three.
